Arbil {: News} Euphrates received President of Kurdistan, Massoud Barzani, a message from President Barack Obama through the new U.S. Consul in Arbil, Paul Jeffrey.
The press secretary to head the Kurdistan region Faisal al-Dabbagh told the News} {Euphrates on Monday that “Barzani received in his office the new U.S. Consul in Arbil, Paul Jeffrey, who began his duties today in the region.”
