Mulla Talal announces Thursday as the date for launching salaries in the event that the law is passed ... and distinguished decisions regarding Basmajah{Baghdad: Al Furat News} Ahmed Mulla Talal, spokesman for Prime Minister Mustafa Al-Kazemi, announced next Thursday the date for the launch of employees’ salaries in the event that the fiscal deficit law is passed in the parliament session tomorrow, Wednesday.
“We hope to pass the borrowing law in tomorrow’s session, so that the government will start releasing salaries next Thursday,” Mulla Talal said at the weekly press conference, declaring, “The fiscal deficit financing law will secure the salaries of employees for the coming months.”
While Mulla Talal denied “canceling the Iraqi agreement with China,” noting that “the current government promotes the successful steps of previous governments. It also has specific criteria for openness with countries, the most important of which is the interest of the Iraqi people.”
He added, “During the cabinet session, Al-Kazemi directed the Ministry of Health to prepare the technical requirements in preparation for receiving the Corona virus vaccine, while the Council of Ministers directed government banks to spend one hundred million dollars to the company implementing the Basmajh project.”
“The cabinet took a decision to reduce the first payment for the Basmajah complex from 25 percent to 10 percent, and to cut the interest rate for the complex in half,” Mulla Talal said, pointing out ”
And that “the permanent committee to combat corruption is continuing its work, and has issued arrest warrants for more than 20 people, and all corruption files will be referred to the judiciary.”
And Malal Talal confirmed, “The 2021 budget will be different from previous budgets, and the white paper will be implemented.”
