Imran Karkoush, a member of the State of Law Coalition, confirmed on Tuesday that the next few days will witness the final decision on the remaining ministerial cabinet positions, noting that the current negotiations are still revolving around the same previous nominated names.
Karkoush told Al-Maalomah News Agency that “political activity is continuing among the various forces to reach a final agreement on the vacant portfolios,” noting that “the names nominated to take over these ministries are still the same ones that are at the forefront of the negotiations and no major change has occurred.”
He added that “the current understandings have made significant progress, and the coming days will witness the finalization of the remaining cabinet positions and their presentation to the House of Representatives for a vote of confidence, thus concluding this matter and allowing attention to be turned to implementing the government program.”
