BAGHDAD / News .. Baghdadi said MPs from different political blocs could pass the budget in the House of Representatives majority in case they could not reach an agreement on the contentious points which were rejected by the Kurdistan Alliance bloc, stressing the importance that has a law by all the political blocs.
