The State of Law coalition confirmed, on Monday, that the coordinating framework is still dependent on the Federal Court’s decision on the most numerous bloc, while noting that the Sunnis and the Kurds realized that it was in their interest to bring the views closer within the Shiite house.
The leader of the coalition, MP Muhammad Al-Sihoud, said in a statement to / the information /, that “the coalition of state law and the forces of the coordination framework reject any comment on the visit of Al-Halbousi and Al-Barzani to Al-Hanana and the meeting with the leader of the Sadrist movement, but it is waiting for the results of the meeting.”
Chihod added, “The Sunnis and the Kurds have realized that it is in their interest to seek convergence of views within the Shiite house and not be a reason to divide the Shiite house, as the Shiite house did in the past by not separating the Sunni and Kurdish houses.”
