Saeed added, “There is high coordination between our company and the state sectors to facilitate and simplify the procedures for granting licenses and be in accordance with the real needs and the required specifications.” He explained that “the Iraqi exhibition company adopts a single window system for the purpose of simplifying the procedures for granting import licenses in order to facilitate them and preserve their privacy.”

He pointed out that “the process of receiving import licenses via the electronic system allows citizens and merchants to obtain the import license easily and without obstacles or problems through the possession of the relationship owner a special number and an approved import point and confirmed by the company where the information on the license is filled in and then goes through the system to The border crossing from which the goods enter.

He noted, “The electronic system for import licenses has been welcomed by citizens and merchants, and has also brought about a qualitative shift in work because of its speedy completion of transactions and reduction of red tape, thus missing the opportunity for weak people with tampering, forgery and administrative corruption.”
