Look back to 2003 when they did a banking overhaul/new currency…LA Times…How they did it…basically you take your stack of 25000 dinars and now you get 25,000 dinars but in smaller categories. Maybe you get 20000 back plus 5000 in smaller bills…That’s pretty much what they did. [In 2003 going from Saddam notes to current notes]. It was successful. Everything was fine.
