The CBI is starting to feel the pressure of the citizens and if they want to turn this around, they need to begin now. IMO they are two years behind schedule. That means, currency reform, laws, etc. to make the citizens trust and want to use the banks and dinar. Chin up everyone, the second half of 2016 is going to be full of banking news!

8-10-2016 Newshound Guru Kaperoni From CBI -To / all licensed banks and financial companies approved the conversion of all ( to meet the criteria for the purchase of foreign currency ). Looks to me the CBI is making an effort to meet the IMF requirement to liberalize the foreign exchange. More good news…compliance! …I see the CBI taking steps to meet the conditions stated in the IMF Stand by Agreement. Of course the sooner the CBI meets them, the sooner they can move to Article VIII!

8-10-2016 Newshound Guru Adam Montana [HCL, the law of all laws, the one we are waiting to be passed…do you think since it is one of the, or the most important law to be passed it must come after all others.] IMO we don’t have to see ALL of the laws passed before the HCL is completed. We will see SOME related action prior to the actual HCL, but they certainly don’t have to hold off completely until all the lights to town are green. I expect to see 3 or 4 very directly related actions taken, most likely in Parliament, and then the HCL will get done and we’ll see a major change in the exchange rate and a flurry of other actions.

8-10-2016 Intel Guru Dr. Clarke They have way too much positive, growth oriented movement, going on in VN on the table and have had for the past year…and it’s getting better and better…as you know, they or anyone else, is not going to come right out directly and tell you If or When, they intend to raise a rate, on ANY currency. YES, we’ve been looking for VN to start raising their rate since earlier in the year, because we’ve been over there PHYSICALLY, and Know people living there and in the U.S., both personal and business – AND because there wasn’t anything tangible holding them back – and there still isn’t – totally different situation than Iraq, with ISIS having been at ground zero. The IMF has Publicly given them their blessing, and that’s what’s needed – as with Iraq, getting their blessing as well, 3 weeks ago publicly.
