3-26-2014 Newshound Guru American Contractor [Is the Iraqi Dinar a scam?] It is not illegal to own to possess the Iraqi dinar. It is not a scam. [How do I go about cashing in my Iraq dinar?] Right now the only way to cash in your dinar is to go to a dinar dealer. When the new new Iraqi dinar gets issued will the U.S. banks take a new business approach and say “we will take you Iraqi dinar now”, that’s all speculation, nobody knows right now. But, now your only option is to go to a dinar dealer or sell it to someone else.

3-26-2014 Newshound Guru Millionday they are having a meeting in Jordan with all Central Bank delegation, oil ministers, members of IMF, world bank, finance, oil, legal, etc on article IV. the World Bank gave the go ahead about a year ago or less for the monetary policy. it isnt up to the gov at all — the policies as they are complied with in all countries for inflationary tools and monetary policy has to be done with international compliance. Maliki gets a warning and stern…they must move forward and get the money rolling — and with the right –RATE…all is frozen and time to get it going.

The World Bank has been right in the trenches with the banks trying to get them ready for years and has stated on numerous times that the GOI (Maliki) interferes. [I guess all that’s left for us to do is wait for April 30th. Hopefully, they won’t keep us waiting too long to learn the outcome of the elections.] That is if they have them. The entire IHEC [Independent High Electoral Commission] resigned today.

3-26-2014 Newshound Guru American Contractor [When the new Iraqi dinar currency is issued do I have to exchange my Iraq dinar that I currently have?] When the CBI is getting ready to issue the new currency there will be an educational campaign in Iraq and in the world, press releases, pamphlets, brochures. You will have a big window, a 2, 3, 4 year window to exchange…I don’t think there will be a big rush like everyone thinks it will be.

3-26-2014 Newshound Guru Aggiedad77 Article: “We are with approving the budget, but not at the expense of the Kurds” An MP from the Kurdistan Alliance spoke up and stated that the decision of the Kurds to begin flowing 100,000 barrels of oil per day is a good gesture…according to this individual the Kurdistan Alliance is ready to attend all Parliament sessions and approve the draft budget before the end of the current Parliament…but he also states that this budget should not be passed at the expense of the Kurdistan people.

The world is eagerly awaiting the RV release. We have just been informed that some powerful forces behind the scenes including the UST were blocking this. THIS BLOCKAGE TO BE REMOVED TONIGHT AND RV IS? HOPEFULLY? IS ON THE WAY.

3-25-2014 Intel Guru Delta The budget is done and has been read 2 times….Iraqiya TV says the third reading will be on Sunday.. so its possible it will be released in the 2 weeks following this. We absolutely can see a new rate before this…The budget does not have to be released to see a new rate. We are seeing an urgency in the GOI to have everything done and IMO Iraq is ready. We can see the new rate at any time, and keep your eyes on the CBI.

Fact check, the budget has only been read once according to many articles. They are hoping for the second reading this Thursday, we shall see, but I doubt it will happen. Next speculative day is this Sunday.

3-25-2014 Newshound Guru American Contractor [Will the Central Bank of Iraq issue just small denominations or will it be also larger denominations.] The CBI has mentioned printing a large dinar note like 50,000 or 100,000 note and they also mention coins also. So, nobody knows exactly what they are going to do. They say one thing and then they change their minds. It really doesn’t make any sense. They could come out with a 50,000 & /or 100,000 notes along with lower denoms like we have here in the U.S.

IRAQ HAS MANY LAWS AND POLICIES THAT NEED TO PASSED AND APPLIED FOR THEM TO BE “UP TO PAR”. IMO. 3-25-2014 Intel Guru Frank26 We are seeing articles talking about the media blackout, and even the parliament banned the media from their meetings. This week there will be an IMF article 4 review to see if they qualify for international status. IMO, this is the last article 4 review they will have before going international. The first and only place to see the new rate announcement is at the CBI, IMO. The budget is done…first and second readings are done. There is a date and a rate…but we don’t know them. I feel very good about the information and where we are with the RV and the time to release the rate is very near.

Fact check, The Global Currency Reset (GCR) is just a warped myth, it is NOT going to happen as some of the pumper guru’s are stating.

3-25-2014 Newshound Guru Kaperoni they did not have the Article IV Consultation yesterday as the CBI stated they were going to have. Now, we can look at why a staff visit? I have my thoughts that the CBI went there with intent to ask for permission to move to Article VIII (as part of Maliki’s “initiative” to open the economy). This staff meeting clearly stated that the CBI is not in compliance and in fact reprimanded them for continued government interference. As well, it is clear that the CBI has not fully liberalized the foreign exchange market (per last year’s Article IV Consultation) and the spread is still more than 2%…it is clear the CBI is not going to be allowed to move out of Article XIV before the elections. Sorry…but that not happening for a while.

How much would that be worth after the new Iraq currency is issued?] When they finally release the new currency, nobody know what the exchange rate will be at that time. In order to do that they have to remove the inflationary notes that are in circulation right now & that has not yet been done at all. They have not even started that, so I have no idea what the exchange rate will be.

[In the local Iraq media they mention delete the zeroes. What does delete the zeroes really mean?] That means that they are going to print new currency. Nobody knows when that is going to happen.
