Article: “Next Monday, the Supreme Court will begin implementing the Federal Court Law” You know I’m looking for the rate to change this coming Sunday the 21st. That’s my opinion…They’re talking about implementing the Federal Court Law next Monday…if this article is telling us the truth and they plan to implement the Federal Court Law that’s been pending and outstanding since 2005…the only way they can implement the Federal Court Law next Monday is to change the rate on Sunday the 21st. This article is huge…

3-20-2021 Intel Guru Bruce [via WiserNow] Iraq has been called the linchpin for this exchange – the GCR and everything that we’re going to do – and we talked with our contacts in Fallujah, Iraq today and found that yes Iraq did complete everything that they need to do regarding the HCL – the budget approval – all of that has sort of been pushed…I think finally we’re hearing that everything is complete – there’s nothing left to vote on – there were two sessions in Parliament…[Thursday] – and these things were accomplished to where now we will hear whether the rate was put out or not – we will hear either…[Friday] or Saturday – Whether they have done what they said they have done – which is approve the rate and put it out – so – we’ll be looking for that – that will be a really good trigger…

The pattern is interesting…I’ve got this feeling that phase 1…as the date of 1 to 1 rate…I think it is already here because the evidence that I noticed and a pattern that’s different with banks in the United States…They know. I even got one recording from a gentleman he said ‘I went to Wells Fargo’. I said oh, did they kick you out? He said, ‘no, I told them I had dinars and they said we’ll take care of you.’ …Wells Fargo? Yes. I found that very interesting. This is a pattern that must not be ignored…

They will never RV on a Friday. …These people are way too religious to dare ignore Allah on a Friday and work. …Now watch. The dinar rate won’t be in the budget and many people will sell their dinar…I’m not saying we are far off. I’m saying don’t be surprised if the new rate isn’t in the budget…

3-19-2021 Newshound Guru Pimpy Article: “Parliamentary Finance: There is no adjustment of exchange rate in the budget” …when Kuwait did their rate change they told everybody in the news the day before that they had no intentions on changing the rate at the moment….the very next day boom it was done…That’s why it’s hard to really nail down any rates. Can’t nail down any dates. No body knows…they’re actually showing you the steps taken to prove to you that the rate change is not in the budget. Does that mean it’s not going to be in budget? …It’s possible. Again I don’t want you guys to get overly excited…or overly down. Stay grounded. There’s still a lot of positive things happening over there in Iraq…

3-19-2021 Newshound Guru Jeff Article: “Parliamentary Finance: There’s is no adjustment of the exchange rate in the budget” This article is China syndrome…in the past right before China reinstated or revalued the currency as well as Kuwait, both of them put out articles telly you they have no intentions of revaluing. A few days later BAM Changed it…What have I been telling you? Parliamentary Finance is full of B.S. and horse crap. They lie to you…we’re not buying it…IMO Iraq is on track to change their rate this coming Sunday the 21st.

3-19-2021 Intel Guru MarkZ [via PDK] […Iraq RV’s for in country last night/this AM. Any word to corroborate?] Not yet…but, is it expected? Yes…They are in parliament right now and we have expectations for it tonight or tomorrow. It’s highly possible and looking good. There were no huge happenings overnight…but parliament in Iraq is in session as we speak. Big expectations that they will pass the budget. I get mixed signals out of Iraq whether it will be today but they started at 1 pm their time which is a couple hours ago our time. It could be as late as tomorrow before it gets passed. Cross your fingers that we are about to cross the finish line.

3-19-2021 Newshound Guru Pimpy There’s some things people are getting overly excited about…the budget could it be getting voted on? That’s the rumor. We’ll see. Article: “Parliamentary Finance: The budget is ready for voting, with the exception of a paragraph related to the Kurdistan region” My understanding is that their constitutional law says they cannot pass a budget without the Kurdistan Regions part in there…Saturday were going to find out…They’re talking about voting on the 21st. That’s the rumor. We will see.

3-19-2021 Newshound Guru Pimpy …Will they pass the budget this weekend? Many of us want to see the budget get passed so we can see if indeed there’s any changes to the exchange rate. It’s my feeling even if there is one it’s not going to be like the one everybody anticipates. It’s going to be most likely put back up to where it was before…1190 dinars for every dollar. I don’t think you’re going to see any major changes in the rate. No big announcements. Not at the moment…

Boom! Nailed it! Budget Saturday because they don’t want you to see it. Remember I told you they’re going to change the rate roughly 24 hours later…

3-19-2021 Intel Guru MarkZ [via PDK] Some interesting news coming out of Vietnam…The US is looking to force the upward value of the Vietnamese dong because it has created trade imbalances…so they have found them guilty of lowering and manipulating their currency down …and it should have a much higher value. The dong is one of my favorite currencies …If you look at risk versus reward…its my favorite out of all of them. So we are seeing movement and it’s pretty exciting. The news is really good.
