12-25-2019 Intel/Newshound Guru Delta …the Education Minister in the Parliament they stated that in the budget 2020 they have this grant for students and the amount is 30,000 dinar only…30K doesn’t make sense…30K at this rate isn’t even $25. That doesn’t make sense…which is more confirmation of what’s in our opinion what you’re waiting for with the dinars…

12-24-2012 Newshound Guru Jeff …happy Christmas Eve…there are only two things I’m looking for to make sure we’re on track for timing…still dialed in on Q1…I want to see them put a non-Iranian PM in place…remember towards the end of last week President Saleh went to Washington to get guidance from the Trump administration. So I want to see them put a non-Iranian P.M. And then I want to see them start the 2020 budget…as far as I’m concerned those are the only two things I’m worried about right now to know that we’re on track…we have to see how it plays out…

Look at everything they are doing in Iraq…we are there folks. My sources are telling me its any moment to the very early part of January. That this window is wide open based on logistics… Everything is in place…we are simply waiting for somebody to “flip the trigger” ..

IMO they told us they want to use 1 American dollar to 1 Iraqi dinar. That’s wonderful. That’s a good start…IMO 1 to 1 is not going to cover 160 Trillion 2020 budget…

Sub penny stocks to make muster. If true, it is another supporting slice of pie. 6) The Iraq Trade Bank in Saudi Arabia is and or has been on record of suggesting they’ll open now early next year. Per [Guru] Delta that is a recent change. imo. 7) The Citizens are not shutting down from their demands and they mean business too. 8) USA showed up and is helping in that regard.

A very BIG clue they are going to increase the exchange rate. In fact, the translation per [Guru] Delta talks of coins.. That is another massive supporting piece of evidence from the horses mouth. 10) From my understanding there may have been recent contact directly from Dr. Shabibi over the prior couple weeks. If true, then another slice is on the plate.

A rate change is only once a year and around the end or first part of the fiscal year. …So the rumor that this could go out to March, per the CBI is unfounded…I am fairly confident there is nothing supporting there is anything from the CBI stating they are going to postpone or delay this process. …Personally, we are in one heck of a window, imo!
