ABADI IS GIVING A SPEECH…ABOUT THEIR ORDERS FOR THE OPENING TO A MARKET ECONOMY DUE TO THE ACT OF TRANSFERRING FUNDS ABROAD… ABADI CALLED THE CBI AND ASKED FOR THEM TO GO OVER ALL THE BANKING LAWS EVEN THOUGH THEY CAN NOT BE CHANGED YET DUE TO THE ZERO CURRENCY IS NOT CHANGED YET BECAUSE THE SUITABLE CIRCUMSTANCES IS WHEN THE ZERO CURRENCY IS REMOVED.

THE ECONOMIC COMMISSION HAS ANNOUNCED TO THE COUNTRY OF IRAQ AND THE WORLD REALLY THAT THEY ARE DONE AND READY AND WANT THE PARLIAMENT OFFICIALS TO GET IT ROLLING… THEY WANT IT MOVED THROUGH WITH NO CONFLICTS.

11-30-2014 Newshound Guru Millionday TONIGHT [SATURDAY] THEY FINISHED THE DISCUSSION OF THE 2015 BUDGET AND ABADI IS BRING IT WITH HIM TO PARLIAMENT IN THE MORN…ALSO THE FIRST READING WILL ALSO BE DONE FOR NEXT YEAR`S BUDGET THIS MORNING. THE ONLY WAY THEY CAN FORM THE PREPARED 2015 BUDGET IS WITH THE 2014 BUDGET DONE — THE REASON I CAN SAY THAT IS DUE TO THE WAY THEY ARE DOING THE TWO BUDGETS — …IT WOULD BE IMPOSSIBLE FOR THEM TO BE DONE AND SENDING IT TO PARLIAMENT FOR THE FIRST READING TOMORROW WITHOUT THE 2014 BUDGET COMPLETE.

11-30-2014 Newshound Guru Aggiedad77 Monday should prove to be exciting…but I’m thinking that also tomorrow [Sunday] should be exciting in what we see PM Abadi do with Parliament…what he says….and how they react. My prediction for tomorrow is that we will be staring at a very “close to final” budget that may only require a few tweaks to come to a quick resolution.

11-30-2014 RUMOR Guru Mnt Goat I believe Iraqi is literally very much on the verge of bringing back their currency online to a global status. This has not changed and is moving forward with the final steps in preparation to do so. However my USA contact now says it may be late December or early January before it is finalized on the public exchanges. What I mean by this is then opened to the general public were anyone can walk in to the bank and exchange or purchase dinar. Saleem al-Jubouri, head of the House of Representatives, announced on Saturday that Haider al-Abadi, the prime minister, will attend the parliament session to be held, Sunday 11/30, to submit the draft budget law for 2015, as he emphasized that the first reading of it will be in the same meeting. This is all good news since I believe the USA wants a sound budget for Iraq prior to the beginning of 2015. Remember also that Iraqi parliament is set to go on a 30 day vacation. Jubouri has stated the vacation will not begin until the 2015 budget is completed. Do you see why now they are working do diligently to complete it? Their vacation period was set to begin on Dec 1st.

11-30-2014 RUMOR Guru Mnt Goat Last week parliament and the GOI have questioned once again why the CBI is not completing this project to delete the zeros (currency reforms). In return the finance committee stated that the project for economic reforms will be completed by Monday, Dec 1st. The question is – does this include the currency reform, meaning currency rollout to international status with new rate? I do believe it is very close but not just the Dec 1st date, as many are hoping for. I still believe we are in a sweet spot right now to literally see this RV in the coming days ahead. Could they pop this out prior to Christmas to the general public? Yes – I believe anything is possible…

11-30-2014 Newshound Guru Stryker US Today quote: “U.S. light crude (West Texas Intermediate) fell 10.2% to $66.15, while Brent crude dropped 3.4% to $70.15 for the day. Analysts predicted the benchmarks could fall further next week when traders return from the Thanksgiving holiday weekend.” Parliament session saw no budget presented today due to the falling oil prices in the world, and the possibility that they will continue to drop further. A special committee had to be formed by PM Abadi to make sure that the budget can withstand further decline. This is not what we wanted my friends but what is in fact the reality, and since Iraq depends 95% on oil to make up it’s GDP a real concern has stopped today’s deliver by PM Abadi of the 2015 Budget to parliament.

11-30-2014 Newshound Guru Stryker Speaker of the House, Salim al- Jabouri, adjourned today’s session and this parliament’s legislative sessions until early next year but they are ready to call an extraordinary session when the budget is ready to be presented to parliament. PM Abadi has given this new committee 7 – 10 days to discuss the oil prices affect on the 2015 Budget, ratify it if necessary and have it ready for parliaments approval. Keep in mind, a 10 day delay is much better than a 30 day delay.

11-29-2014 Newshound Guru Kaperoni Article: “Ihsanoglu: the budget will reach Parliament tomorrow and legislative vacation until approval” Knowing Iraq, it will come to parliament on Monday. But it looks like parliament will stick around and vote on the 2015 budget starting next week. As for any other laws, we will have to wait and see.

11-29-2014 Newshound Guru tlm724 “the Prime Minister will attend on Sunday to the House of Representatives hearing to provide Budget to be done first reading in the same session.” Abadi will be there tomorrow Sunday to do the first reading…committee meets then to be followed by a session of the House of Representatives held to read the federal budget…that is it in a nutshell *hallelujah*.
