11-10-2013 Newshound/Intel Guru Randy Koonce Things seem to be moving at a faster pace for the RV…. So for the next 4 days look for this to happen, there can still be things to get in the way because it is political but it is looking very good for this to happen… The Rate is still in flux right now and no one will know the true rate until it shows but it should be a 2 plus rate…. That also means that the budget cannot open until you get a 3.40 rate so do not look for the budget to open at the same time which means the rate will increase next year.

11-10-2013 Newshound/Intel Guru BGG I’m very hopeful even though things are up in the air. It’s hard to put a finger on exactly what is going on. There’s a lot going on in the political scene over there and that’s good news. What would be bad news is if Maliki were further entrenching himself and no stopping him. That is not the case. It looks like he cut his DC trip short because he was probably getting ready to get hammered and so he split. It’s relatively easy to see there is something stewing between Maliki, Obama & Iran.

11-10-2013 Newshound/Intel Guru BGG I think we are in good shape now, whether it’s going to happen in a few days or in a month or so. I think it’s relatively short term. We have to watch and see what develops. I have said it’s been politics all along. We’re not that far away no matter what.

11-10-2013 Intel/Newshound Guru Poppy3 Everything is sounding so good. Everything that is talked about is about their finances, their economy and the dinar in general as far as their economy goes. This is all positive for us. The IMF was to step in but that has been prolonged. We don’t want the IMF to do this because if they do it will come out at a lower rate. If Iraq does it it will be a lot better rate for us and be better for us and them. It will boost their economy and ours.

11-10-2013 SUPER PUMPER Guru TerryK M [Maliki] made a deal with white house yesterday…he will be allowed to run a third term. Part of the deal is he must release the RV like now. The us will send some supporting troops as well. The USA now wants them to rv, and hearing again tuesday as Monday is a holiday. With that said we may see it sooner. So to recap: M is still there, did not resign. He is running for a third term. We are to send some help over there. We are to be at the bank tue again.

Guru Critic, there is no documentation to support that “Privileged individuals” have exchanged. It makes no sense because the CBI rate is the same as it has been and the Iraqi dinar can still be purchased through the dealers.

I UNDERSTAND THAT EVEN THOUGH WE THOUGHT ALL OF THE PROCESS AND PROGRAM WAS COMPLETED IT STILL TOOK WHAT WAS REQUIRED THIS WEEKEND TO COMPLETE. THERE ARE NO FURTHER DELAYS ON THE HORIZON AT THIS EXACT MOMENT EVEN THOUGH WE KNOW THAT THINGS CAN CHANGE RAPIDLY.

11-10-2013 SUPER PUMPER Guru TNT Tony It is going to be another superfantastic Sunday. Things have been accomplished as I told you yesterday and even more is being completed today. What we were waiting for in parliament was accomplished and the following is now being displayed in Iraq on the TV. On TV in Iraq they are announcing parliament has reached agreement with CBI to pay all citizens of Iraq their money on their cards and to complete the currency reform deal reached and signed off on. That was all he said, no time given, just agreement reached. It is now scrolling across the bottom of their screens.

11-10-2013 SUPER PUMPER Guru TNT Tony Bank managers were brought in both last night and today. They have been given an update of what to expect and were required to sign new paperwork. If the plan holds true to what we are hearing at this moment, some should be exchanging late tonight and most of us should be exchanging starting Monday (if the current plan remains). We just have to wait, but it is coming.
