11-10-2016 Intel/Newshound Guru Hub Article: “CENTRAL BANK: THE DELETION OF ZEROS IN EARLY 2017″ Quote: “The governor of the Iraqi Central Bank on the Keywords that project to delete the zeros will be implemented in early 2017, indicating that the bank began to develop the first steps of the project.” …a thought, they are about to change the value of a 25,000 note from $22 to maybe $75,000, why would they say we are going to do this is 2017 so every tom, dick and harry can go buy some more…i think it is a ploy and i would not be surprised to see it much quicker… […since the CBI indicating the dropping of the 3 zeros in early 2017, does that mean that based on this article we wouldn’t see a change until then or would they have to begin the rate change part of the process sooner…?] in my own humble opinion, i think they would have to implement the change before dropping the zeros which is really bring out lower denoms and getting the big notes off the street.

11-9-2016 Newshound Guru mike I’m disappointed in Iraq, especially now that Abadi’s in charge. Maliki was a great excuse for all the violence, sectarianism, corruption and bad policies, but when Abadi came in he promised to get rid of all that and move the country forward economically. That hasn’t happened. Instead, it’s more of the same…This country could do so much better if the leadership would allow it to happen. …in the face of complete ignorance and chaos I still have hope the dinar will increase in value. What I don’t believe is that someone is going to wave a magic wand or push “the button” and make this happen. So, when I hear someone say that the dinar will increase in value without satisfying the requirements of the IMF and WB, I say nuts. I don’t believe it will happen until they do what they’re supposed to.

And make sure they are just not quotes. Here’s the thing…it’s coming down the road. You should be very happy, you really should. You should have confidence in this. You should have confidence in what the CBI states… Who’s managing this? the CBI. Who gave them their orders? Ministry of Planning and the Ministry of Finance, parliament. that’s it. That’s what you and I do…we follow that. Making sure that what they said there is actually accountability behind it…like the note count…hello! It’s that simple. You should be very very excited. I know people have been waiting for this to happen for a long time and it kind of dulled your senses. You went on the roller coaster ride. But this is more reality than all the bad information you got. Or the hype you were given. Or all the incorrect stuff you were told. You should be more excited about the reality of this.

11-9-2016 RUMOR Guru Bruce What we waiting for? Everything is basically complete. What we are looking for is when the lower denominations are completely out for the whole country. That is the next step. The lower denominations, 100 and less are about to be seminated in Iraq 2 hours after the morning prayers in Iraq tomorrow [Wednesday]. They will be put out throughout the whole country. There is a bond offering that started Saturday at noon…Last night these bonds were available to be actually to be purchased. It is important for these sales to take place for equity of these lower denominations coming out a couple hours after Morning Prayer. Also these bond transactions are elevating the rate of the Iraqi dinar. The rates are higher than we thought. That is where we are in terms of the process. The Intel as such is looking at reasonable conclusion without us calling it very shortly based on that information.
