10-9-2014 Intel/Newshound Guru Poppy3 i…was told they will vote today/thursday. THEY WILL VOTE ON BUDGET…AND THEY R GOING TO PASS THE MINISTERS ALSO IF THEY CAN GET JUST ONE MORE GROUP TO AGREE AND THEY THINK THEY CAN. [THANKS FOR THE HOPE.] NOT HOPE…FACTS THIS TIME.
10-8-2014 RUMOR Guru So on Monday they released the rest of the ‘new currency’, and it’s in the hands of the people, not just the banks. Everyone is anticipating the big announcement at 10am [tomorrow] their time. This whole process from the 1st to today is what they wanted to do as a “slow rollout”… it’s been a nine-day process. They chose to do it over the holiday period…By doing what they did over the holiday, they also let the world know for sure that Iraq IS actually doing this every day and seeing the results. They cannot wait another six months because all hell would break loose. Celebrations are scheduled again, and their people in the street are anticipating this at 10 o’clock tomorrow. If it doesn’t happen, there will be hell to pay in Iraq! Even though I told you the 10 o’clock announcement for the public deal…It could be delayed, but there is a backup time.
10-8-2014 RUMOR Guru There are wonderful things happening in Iraq. On their television, they are describing the lower denomination notes, and their new coins. Those are being distributed in the markets as well as the banks and exchange centers…the actual dinar notes are now live. This means that the dinar has really been revalued, because otherwise a 1 dinar note or coin would be worthless. On television they will also be giving a major speech about economic reform, and the fact that it is concluding – tomorrow morning. On television they continue to announce that this will be done on Wednesday, then on Thursday (tonight, tomorrow morning). It’s on the news, in public. The coins are out, the Qi cards and bank accounts are set up, so there’s not much left to do or that can cause issues at this point. That’s a wonderful thing for us. I feel very good about this… the current pressure we’re seeing says so much more about this going through this time.
10-8-2014 Newshound/Intel Guru BGG [When does CBI open back up?] I kind of doubt we see any activity at the CBI until Sat (at least)… and even then they don’t normally post until Sun/Mon? Thurs is the earliest it could happen…but then Friday is a normal day off – the Sat…etc, etc, etc.

THEY WILL BE RELEASED WHEN THE VALUE IS CHANGED AND THEY ARE USEFUL – THEY ARE PART OF THE MONETARY POLICY BEING ACTIVATED WITH THE ECONOMIC REFORM AND BANKING REFORMS AS WELL – ALL AT THE SAME TIME. 10-8-2014 Newshound Guru Stryker RESEARCH: Eid al-Adha started on Sunday October 4th and ends tonight in Iraq…articles continue referring to things not getting completed until after the feast of Eid al-Adha…So look for things to start picking up tomorrow…Another interesting fact; the Speaker of the House Jabouri announced that October 14th would be the start of the next phase in Iraq and the start of Parliaments sessions. This is why so many things are stating that the Kurds will take their oath into the new Abadi Government next Tuesday and the budget will then get passed.
10-8-2014 Intel/Newshound Guru tman23 Riddle me this…High unemployment, Projects stopped and bankrupt, a national guard being added to the payroll of the GOI, and brent crude prices are falling below $90 a barrel…And when the 2014 budget is passed.. “If the adoption of the financial budget in 2014 after the Eid holiday, there will be a change in salary retroactively from 1 January 2014. It will increase the salary 114% and include retired persons”…This being said not to mention the budget had a 5% oil sharing for the citizens and 5% oil revenue goes to Kuwait… So figure out the Riddle of HOW are they coming up with $$$$$.
