10-1-2026 Newshound/Intel Guru Mnt Goat How the process on deleting the zeroswill work. Will they null and void out the old 3 zero notes once they redenominate? In ordinary daily circulation of the dinar the 3 zeros notes will be taken out of circulation not null and voided, thus only taken out of the general circulation. However, the CBI has told us they will still us the 3 zero notes for inter-banking transactions for trade when large sums of money is necessary. They will use mostly the 25,000 dinar notes for this purpose. This statement by the CBI also tells us these older 3 zeros notes will increase in value. [Example]: So, within inter-banking transactions a 25,000 note would be worth $100,000 ($4 x 25,000).

9-30-2026 Newshound Guru Jeff Question “Are all banks expected to get the authentication machine De la rue?” Banks do not need to have specifically a De La Rue…De La Rue is a generic foreign currency counter. It’s not specific to the Iraqi dinar…I do IT work for a living…I have a sharp computer IT background…I saw on a certain model of a De La Rue it had anywhere from 170 to 180…different types of foreign currencies and their security features…You don’t go to the bank and ask them do you have a “De La Rue”…All you do is go to the bank and say, “Do you have a money machine that can count, sort and authenticate foreign currency?” That’s all you need to ask.

There is information that is missing…We don’t have all the pieces to the puzzle. 9-30-2026 Intel Guru Suzie We’ve been getting a lot of positive news and vibes about Iraq and the progress they’re making, I believe they are announcing sovereignty from 9/30 to 10/3, a good thing, but a lot still has to be done and my personal time line for this to basically be completed would be the first of the year, to me this makes the most sense. They need the HCL, fully drop the zeros and reinstate their currency…I think Trump is trying to help get them established and so far looks good, but with everything to fall into place takes time…

For the last 4 or 5 years he runs a bank in Dearborn, Michigan…The reason why it was established is because Aki’s boss, a wealthy billionaire…owns many banks in Iraq and around the world…Why did he build and run a bank under “American Banking Laws” in the United States of America? Because Dearborn was the first landing site in 2003 when Iraqis fled Iraq. And when they fled, they took their savings with them…They loaded suitcases with it. Why? You don’t think they know about Kuwait? Of course they do…And [this bank] isn’t the only one in Dearborn…These banks are teaching the Iraqis about the [Iraqi] monetary reform.

Presence like that supports the credibility track we’ve been watching for years. The CBI is in the Arab monetary conversation. It is in it.

9-30-2026 Central Banks Guru Terrance For all those people…who are saying they’re going to have to send the money away to a redemption center, you’re just looking for your money to be stolen. If you cannot confirm the currency on site while you’re looking at it, then all they have to do is collect the currency and say…we’re going to take 250,000 off the table and say it was counterfeit. Nothing is stopping them from doing that…You got to do the work of making sure when you go to exchange it is someplace on site where they can confirm the currency. If that means you got to fly from Alaska to somewhere on the mainland, then that’s what you have to do. If you have to get in your car and drive 4 hours to a bigger city, that’s what you have to do.

They have a holiday from tomorrow [Wednesday] through Sunday to celebrate…Funny enough, guess what other country had a holiday before they changed their currency? Kuwait. 9-30-2026 Newshound/Intel Guru Mnt Goat On October 22, 2025 the CBI told us they planned to issue a 20 dinar note as one of the newer lower denominations, also even though they never issued a matching 20,000. They now plan to launch that 20,000 note too at this time and this is yet another sign to us that these three zero notes, once they are taken out of “public” circulation, will still be useful and used for very large cash transactions of dinar for inter-banking and international transactions only. This also reinforces once again that our dinars, outside of Iraq, that we investors now hold, will remain valid and will be exchanged at the going rate… Example: a 20,000 three zero dinar note may fetch a whopping 80,000 US Dollars in the exchange to US dollars if the US rate on FOREX comes out at $4.00.
