[So you still believe that the iqd must be a convertible currency when ISX goes live to the world?] WHEN THE DINAR GOES INTERNATIONAL TO THE GLOBE IT WILL HAVE TO HAVE A FAIR TRADE RATE — REALITY RATE. 1-7-2015 RUMOR Guru Mnt Goat …even if the vote happens in parliament today and it passes there will still be no RV in Iraq and it is to be held up a bit longer. From my sources in Iraq they are telling me that there are some issues in Anbar that need to get resolved. The USA is still holding very strong on getting this done now …They are telling me this will not be resolved until Jan 20th . So this is our new target date for the any real possibility for an RV…they are already telling us it will not happen any sooner. Erbil is all but done and was supposed to be implemented when the new budget of 2015 is implemented. Artcle 140 too the same. Amnesty law is also adjusted. Probably our best window for an RV will be sometime after Jan 20th date.
1-6-2015 Newshound Guru sczin11 ISIS IS A NON FACTOR AT THIS TIME…THEY WILL BE GONE SOON ENOUGH, THERE IS PLENTY OF MILITARY SUPPORT TO PROTECT THE IRAQI INTERESTS DURING THIS TIMEFRAME, JMHO…TURKEY, KUWAIT, QATAR, IRAN, AND…SAUDIA ARABIA… THE ABOVE COUNTRIES ARE RACING IN A HURRY, NOT ONLY SIGNING AGREEMENTS AND 100’S OF MOUS IN LAST 2 WEEKS, BUT OPENING EMBASSIES AND CONSULATES ALL OVER IRAQ, EVEN OUTSIDE GREEN ZONE…MANY EXISTING BLDNGS BEING RENOVATED AND REBUILT.

I DON’T REALLY EXPECT THE NEW RATE BUT DO EXPECT US TO ALL HAVE A BETTER PERSPECTIVE OF THE TIMING IT WILL SHOW. I HAVE STATED AND STILL BELIEVE THE RATE CAN SHOW ANYTIME DAILY. 12-6-2015 Newshound Breitling ISIS…Is it costing the value of the dinar? Big NO. The dinar is not at it’s market rate. They have too much notes out there. The currency never was at it’s market rate. The dinar is not at it’s real market value. Why would Iraq print so many notes? To build the country cheap…the process is 3 phases… 1. infrastructure on the cheap (this is how we got in the dinar here) Phase 2. Form middle class—purchasing power. Phase 3. Elite economic power. We are at the mercy of the CBI…but they continue to say they are going to increase the value.
