Sources all agree that from what the CBI, BIS, WTO, IMF, GOI are saying it is very possible to see the new rate on Saturday/Sunday.

But, a deal may have been made with Kuwait to come out at $4.25 and Kuwait will RV the KWD to be a little higher…my sources opinion is he expects the IQD to come out within a few cents of Kuwaits KWD. These are calculations based on the information in articles as well.

Guru Critic, Just a reminder here, 100 million dinar is worth about 100 thousand US dollars, so the tarrif will still “produce cash flow”. Even though the Iraqi dinar is worth very little right now, it still has value in relation to USD, it just takes truck loads of it.

HE SAID THEY HAVE ALREADY STATED IT WILL TAKE ABOUT 3000 GOVERNMENT EMPLOYEE’S TO IMPLEMENT THE TARIFF LAWS AND THEY WILL NOT HIRE AND TRAIN THEM TILL THERE IS A VALUE ON THE CURRENCY TO PAY THE PEOPLE IT WILL TAKE TO RUN THE TAX SYSTEM.

Guru Critic, I don’t care about “cashout/exchange procedures” for IQN or VNN, there is no such currency, we have IQD and VND that is what we are waiting to “exchange”.
