What actual PROOF does ANYONE have that banks are paying people out on a preferential basis with real spendable money? What PROOF? NONE! …I believe that we are in a very good position. How soon? 1-22-2014 Newshound Guru Kaperoni Article: “North Bank for Finance & Investment” Looks like this bank is gearing up for Article VIII… […how soon would we know when they go into article 8?] hard to tell. The CBI (Turki) has to write a letter to the IMF, and hopefully that would be published under IMF Press Releases. The actual website on the IMF updates a month behind or so, so it could be a few weeks unless the media publishes something. At this time, they are not in compliance so I would not be looking for it. Once the CBI lowers the spread (within 2%) as required, then I will start to get excited.

1-22-2014 Newshound Guru Kaperoni Article VIII will come soon with a limited number of banks that will be approved by the CBI for global transactions…Article VIII would make the dinar internationally recognized and if the value is truely undervalued (as so many say), it would rise in value as a result of the new exchange regime under Article VIII.

1-22-2014 Newshound Guru Millionday [Is this banking conference completely different than the one that was held last year?] …i think or i should say i know that its outcome and their position is totally different than it was last year. [In light of all that’s going on now, are you still thinking RV before the conference?] i am hoping that it is but we have no date that has been given to us at all — i hope they do it before we all lay our heads on our pillows but they havent announced it yet — before the conference would make sense but we shall see. last year they were not ready at the banking conference but i have to say — maliki has at least stood up and handled the services — army etc and made a difference —they have come a long way but maliki is still maliki too.

1-21-2014 Intel Guru Footforward There are early cash outs going on but not at the scale that people are suggesting that it is. The $28, $32, & $36 rates are not happening. I do not believe that we are being cut out. Maliki is not a problem. If he was he would have been removed.

1-21-2014 Newshound/Intel Guru BGG Maliki’s own son – when asked about the “grossly under valued” currency – fully acknowledged they feel they can’t win without currency reform. This was their line a couple of months ago…but encouraging it came from direct within the Maliki “inner circle”.

I said are you kidding a snowstorm is slowing down the international revaluation? Yes, that’s basicly what I’m being told by credible folks. All is in place. The call centers & exchange centers are up and ready to go. We heard progress was made on $32 vs $3 rate. Not everyone is going to get the high rate, we know that.

1-21-2014 NAIVE Guru DC The major problem was the way this has been rolled out since December, the cards stacked against the everyday guy. We deserve a level playing ground. That’s what the USA is all about. We believe some of that has made some progress but we have not seen any evidence. We are optimistic they will do the right thing. We’re ready to get this done, hope the good wins out today. It seems like they’re moving forward.
