National Center Brief / NNC – Financial Advisor to the Prime Minister announced the appearance of Mohammed Saleh, Tuesday, that Iraq will receive a second loan of $ 634 million after sending some clarifications to the IMF, noting that the talks led to a reduction of the budget deficit in half.
