Al-Mashhadani said, “I was subjected to assault and psychological pressure from some deputies, so I left the parliament hall after announcing the request for deliberation to ask the legal advisor about the appeal submitted against the nomination of Mr. Al-Halbousi.”
He added, I went to the hospital near the council hall to conduct tests after feeling exhaustion and fatigue as a result of the assault.
