The Parliamentary Finance Committee revealed, on Saturday, the paragraphs that were finally passed in the general budget for 2021.
A statement of the committee stated, “The most prominent paragraphs that were finally passed in the budget are the disbursement of all farmers’ dues, before all, in addition to the transfer of the bachelor’s degree holders and up in the security ministries to the civil owners, for those who wish, and within the ministry of the same owners.”
The statement added that “the budget included allocating job grades to those covered by the medical graduation law, as well as no deductions and no income tax for employees or retirees in the 2021 budget.”
The committee continued that “the payment of late salaries about a year ago to those directly responsible for the Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs in Babel and Muthanna, as well as for raising Babylon, as well as passing a law appointing first-class and certificate-holders in the budget.”
She explained that “salaries have been allocated to lecturers, procedures, contracts, and all those covered by Resolution 315, within the budget and in a fixed monthly manner.”
