Al-Abbadi added that “all the electrical interconnection projects and the future of Iraq could not be conceived on the basis of importing electricity only, but also on the mutual benefit of energy and the creation, reliability and great stability of the electrical network. “Through the conveying lines, and thus it will benefit from the technical aspects, and may return economic rent and tariffs as a result of passing on energy.”
