BAGHDAD / newspaper straightness / Mohammad Mehdi – The National Alliance MP Mohammed Chihod said Friday that “there are some groups had agreed to postpone the budget until after the elections.
He Chihod told (the newspaper of integrity) that “there are political blocs do not want to pass the budget and would prefer to stay in the crisis to pass its own interests, adding that” the political blocs agreed to postpone the budget until after the elections, and this of course will create a state of chaos, because the parliament ends old constitutional before the election date.
