8-13-2016 Intel Guru Frank26 …in the early parts of this year…sometime around the first quarter…a lot of things were done…in fact the BIS, the WB…they signed off on Iraq…in fact the year before the IMF told Iraq…you’ve got the green light to lift the value of your currency…remember that…Back in that first quarter…Iraq became Basil III compliant…if you are Basil III compliant… then there is no Article 8…Article 8 has been lifted…we are not really looking for anymore intel on the Monetary Reform…we are waiting for them to give us Mosul…Iraq is Basil III compliant…that is why it is such an easy thing for them to say they want to be 1 to 1 with the American dollar…they are about to liberate Mosul…and the Monetary Reform will travel at the speed of light…when they see the ascension of Iraq into the WTO…then it will make a lot of sense to you to have the American dollar and the Iraqi dinar at 1 to 1…and it will make much more sense when Dr. Shabibi will say that he wanted to raise the value of their currency at the beginning or middle of the year…and you consider that October 1st is the beginning of the fiscal year that they will now be joining IMO. We are now in the second of the two by two by two. Two represents two weeks. Mosul is the second of the two by two by two. So we only have one more two by left. The moment that they give Mosul the monetary reform will go at the speed of light. We will see Mosul by the middle of this month…[IMO]. The major step is the WTO. (World Trade Organization). 8-1-2016 Newshound Guru tlm724 We saw Ernst & Young taking control of the state banks and they indicated it will take 125 working days max to do what needs to be done. Which should be somewhere around November for completion. The timing is no coincidence I am sure. Back in June the Cabinet approved the launch of electronic applications for the 6 trillion dinar stimulus loans, even the Integrity Commission is electronic now. So the announcement from the CBI is saying they preparing the infrastructure and facilities for E-dinar, getting everything ready for the end of the year or the beginning of 2017. 7-31-2016 Newshound Guru Brietling The Vietnamese currency is in play, BUT the best numbers I can guess is they are going to up 2 cents that’s about it. Timeframe no body knows. But it is in play because of what China’s done…they don’t have to compete. And basically President Obama went to Vietnam to hammer the nails in the coffin of China and basically said you don’t have to worry about competing with them we’re going to do business with you regardless of what the rate is. They have no motive on their own. Therefore I would conclude that they were asked to do so.
