Moussawi pointed to the importance of the Kuwaiti position in the Security Council meeting next to remove Iraq from Chapter VII of the UN Charter: “There is a meeting soon to the Security Council and will position Kuwait whatever about the possibility of withdrawal of Iraq from Chapter VII, as well as the positions of the five permanent members, and we hope to get it in meeting. ”
and called a member of the Foreign Relations Committee in Parliament MP for the Iraqi List of Staff Arshad Zebari Kuwait to show positions flexible on their demands: “There are important files relating to border demarcation and compensation and the port of Mubarak and out of Chapter VII, and hopefully from the Kuwaiti side that made him positive signs toward people Iraqi. ”
