The head of the Badr Parliamentary Bloc, Mahdi Taqi Amerli, confirmed, on Wednesday, that the interrogation of the caretaker prime minister, Mustafa Al-Kazemi, will take place in several files submitted to the House of Representatives, indicating that the interrogation is on the table and will not be retracted.
Amerli said, in a statement to “Al-Maalouma”, that “Al-Kazemi’s interrogation, which some political forces waved at various charges, including those related to negligence, others besieging the judiciary, delaying sending the budget, changing the dollar exchange rate, and other matters.”
He added that “there is a state of tension between the legislative and executive authorities due to the failure of the current government to manage the country’s affairs, which is what the citizens pay for,” calling on the caretaker government to “cooperate with the legislative authority to achieve the aspirations of the Iraqi people.”
Amerli indicated that “the questioning of the caretaker prime minister, Mustafa Al-Kazemi, is strongly put forward within the dome of the House of Representatives.”
And the independent representative, Muhammad Anouz, had confirmed earlier, that Parliament will witness, after resuming its regular sessions, the accountability of the caretaker prime minister, Mustafa Al-Kazemi, noting that a number of ministers in Al-Kazemi’s government have proven their negligence during the last period. finished / 25 h
