A member of the Political Bureau of the Asa’ib Ahl al-Haq movement, Saad al-Saadi, said on Wednesday that the Al-Kazemi government presented the security file as an offering for the dream of a second term.
Al-Saadi said in a statement to the Information Agency, “The government must explain the reasons for the weakness of the security file inside the country, especially after the major security breaches that occurred recently, such as the theft of weapons from the Musayyib police station, or the Jableh massacre, which killed more than 20 people, and there are many massacres that The government succeeded it,” noting that “Al-Kazemi made the security file in the country an offering for the dream of a second term.”
He added that “the government sacrificed many files, the most important of which is the security file, by constantly changing security leaders, not prosecuting saboteurs and corrupt people, and not revealing any case to investigative committees.”
He pointed to “the need for the caretaker government to be held accountable for all its failures in the past period,” noting that “Al-Kazemi moved away from achieving the people’s goals and went towards his own goals.”
