Bloc leader said “Iraqi” former Prime Minister Iyad Allawi that Iran has become the dominant force on the joints of the Iraqi state, expressing his rejection of Tehran’s influence in his country.
Allawi said, in a statement to Radio “Sawa” American “Iran’s growing influence in Iraq amounted to the acquisition of the joint Iraqi political importantly, the formation of the government, bringing to the Tehran government, the ability to appoint whoever she wants in the Iraqi government.”
He added that Iranian interference in Iraq’s affairs doubled “because of the silence of the international community, especially the United States, which bear a large part of the political responsibility for what is happening in Iraq,” expressing his readiness for dialogue with the government of Prime Minister Nuri al-Maliki to stop the political tension.
