Prime Minister Mustafa Al-Kazemi made a phone call to Saudi Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman.
The Saudi Press Agency [SPA] said that Al-Kazemi “reassured the Crown Prince’s health, asking God to make him enjoy health and wellness.”
“While the Crown Prince expressed his thanks and appreciation to the Iraqi Prime Minister for his noble brotherly feelings,” she added.
The Saudi Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman had undergone an operation in a hospital in the capital, Riyadh, which was “a success.”
A statement by the Saudi royal court said on Thursday that bin Salman “performed a laparoscopic operation to eradicate appendicitis on Wednesday morning at King Faisal Specialist Hospital in Riyadh.”
The statement indicated that the Saudi crown prince left the hospital after the success of the operation.
