A member of the Al-Fateh Alliance, Ahmed Abdel-Hussein, confirmed, on Thursday, that the nomination of Riber Ahmed for the presidency of the Republic by the Triple Alliance represents part of the attempt to normalize with the Zionist entity.
In a statement to the Information Agency, Abdul-Hussein said, “The candidate of the Triple Alliance for the presidency of the republic is surrounded by many problems, files and evidence confirming his relations with the Israeli entity and the United States of America.”
He added, “The Presidency of the Republic represents the first position at the level of the three presidencies, and therefore the elected person for the presidency must be impartial and represent the state’s facade before the Arab community and do not have suspicions of being linked to Zionist and American intelligence.”
A member of the Al-Fateh Alliance explained that “the foreign schemes are taking place not only through the nomination of Riber Ahmed for the position of the presidency, but started through the holding of conferences in Erbil and an attempt to test the Iraqi pulse regarding normalization,” stressing that “the Iraqi people are conscious and clear of the accountability of normalization with Israel, which they categorically reject.” in any way.”
