On Monday, the deputy of the Al-Fateh Alliance, Naim Al-Aboudi, expected his coalition’s seats to exceed 50 seats during the upcoming parliamentary elections scheduled for last October, while he considered that the mistake of assigning Prime Minister Mustafa Al-Kazemi will not be repeated.
Al-Aboudi said in a press interview, “The Al-Fateh Alliance is rooted in society and we will compete for the first place comfortably,” noting that “Al-Fateh’s seats may exceed 50 during the upcoming elections.
He added that “the mistake that accompanied Al-Kazemi’s assignment will not be repeated,” noting that “the choice between forming a government or the opposition will be imposed by the elections.”
Al-Aboudi pointed out that “future alliances are dependent on the results of the elections,” stressing that “the transfer of power to the next government will be peaceful.”
