And the financial advisor to the Prime Minister announced, last April, the possibility of raising the ceiling of oil exported under the agreement with China to 300,000 barrels per day.
In September of 2019, the Iraqi and Chinese governments signed 8 agreements and memoranda of understanding, and the agreement to deduct 100,000 barrels per day to China; In return for the implementation of strategic projects by Chinese companies, such as roads, railways, hospitals, schools, residential complexes, ports, energy, dams, infrastructure, and others.
