The source continued as saying that the FBI had discovered the matter and confirmed that this document, which was sent to the office of former Prime Minister Haider al-Abadi, was a forgery.

The source said that Wathiq Al-Ibrahimi was arrested after committing the forgery and was tried and sentenced to two years in prison on charges of unauthorized use of an official body.
