Today, Wednesday, a member of the House of Representatives, Thaer Al-Jubouri, explained the main reason behind the failure to approve the budget bill after the second reading in the parliament dome, and while he ruled out the existence of controversial points, he personified one of the parliamentary proposals on a point mentioned in the law.
