Member of the Economy Committee in the dissolved Parliament, Nada Shaker Jawdat, said on Tuesday that the decision to raise the price of the dollar caused the creation of four deadly social diseases in Iraq.
Shaker said in an interview with “Information” that “the decision to raise the price of the dollar, despite our rejection of it, came according to the government’s data to address a specific financial crisis, but the situation changed after the rise in oil prices and the reduction of the financial gap, although the correct decision was to strengthen the government’s capabilities in the face of corruption.” Which devours billions of dollars annually from important sectors.”
