He added, “The world is looking forward to the Iraqi elections with interest,” noting that “Iraqis are looking forward to a strong state capable of realizing rights.”

The President of the Republic emphasized “the government’s ability to succeed in organizing the elections.”

Saleh pointed out that “our security forces, with their various formations, including the army, the popular crowd and the Peshmerga, are able to combat the remnants of ISIS.”

For his part, Prime Minister Mustafa Al-Kadhimi stressed that there is no solution in Iraq without going to the polls, calling on women to participate widely.

Al-Kazemi said in his speech during the conference, which was followed by “Nas” (September 11, 2021), that “violations against women are still more prevalent,” stressing, “We must emulate our authentic culture of respect for women.”

Al-Kazemi directed the Ministries of Justice and Interior to “provide all protection and rights for women,” and called for “legislating laws that protect women from domestic violence.”

On the other hand, he called on women to “actively participate in the elections.”

The leader of the Alliance of Forces, Ammar al-Hakim, stressed the need to empower women and support them economically, socially and politically, on the occasion of the “Islamic Day for Elimination of Violence against Women”.

Al-Hakim said in his speech during the conference, which was followed by “Nass” (September 11, 2021), that “on the first of zero on the occasion of the Islamic Day for the Elimination of Violence against Women, in a clear indication of the importance of addressing this important social issue and the necessity of accumulating solutions around it and not interrupting Following them up, we are bound by the serious will to end all manifestations and practices of domestic and societal violence against women and attempts to unlawfully restrict their influential presence in society.

He added, “This conference was scheduled annually on the first of Safar, the day the captives of the Prophet’s family (may God bless him and his family) entered the Levant, in which women, children, the elderly, prisoners, and wounded members of the Prophet Muhammad’s (peace and blessings be upon him and his family) family were subjected to violence, abuse and oppression. Such as a crime against humanity and its rights in general, and against women in particular.”

And he continued, “Karbala represents the stark model in the human memory of injustice, tyranny, and all social and political crimes, which can affect an entire group at one time, and which group? When all segments, groups and levels are represented in it in terms of: (age diversity, gender, men and women). The young and old, civilians and fighters, the wounded, sick and prisoners, and others), which makes us pause for a long time at this horrific incident in order to constantly criminalize it first, and to prevent its recurrence secondly, believing that this is one of the most important messages of Karbala.”

And he stated, “The Lady Zainab, the daughter of Imam Ali bin Abi Talib, “peace be upon them”, represented in Karbala the model of the courageous and steadfast leading woman who did not stop at the limits of the crimes committed against her, her family and her relatives, but was able to break the siege imposed on them to convey her voice, her grievances and her message to the whole world.” .

He pointed out by saying, “It can be said that Sayyida Zainab the Great, this knowledgeable, virtuous, virtuous orchestrator, the daughter of the martyrs, the sister of the martyrs and the mother of the martyrs, was the extension of the martyrs, their voice and their resounding message in the face of the rebellious tyrants in every time and place, to bring together the leadership of patience and steadfastness together, holding the reins of motherhood and the nation. Together, a leader for family passengers and captives together.”

Al-Hakim said, “On this immortal day, the biography of these great men must be imitated and work to translate their noble message at the level of society, life and individual behavior.

Al-Hakim stressed that “we only have to be the conscious mind, the permanent support and the true defender of the rights of our entire society and in all its categories and segments, especially the basic half of society (the honorable and honorable woman), who, without her steadfastness, patience and sacrifices, would not have been written for this people to survive and a bright history.”

He continued, “The mother woman, the sister?, the wife, and the daughter… are the symbol of life, hope and stability, and whoever wants a peaceful and peaceful society, he must be aware of this position and advocate for these rights and defend them at all times.”

He pointed out that “sick and backward souls are the only ones who despise women and underestimate their position in their midst, and the most obvious aspects of this disregard are the weakening, weakening, accusing and questioning of women, their abilities and their status, and targeting those who defend them and care about empowering them and supporting their roles in life.”

He stressed that “the woman who has proven her worth in managing the home, the family, and the promising generations with steadfastness, patience and loyalty, is progressing today to be at the forefront of the social, political, cultural, scientific and economic scene, and it is imperative to insist on continuing this progress, and removing all illegal obstacles and obstacles in front of her, to reap successes and achievements.” in all national, regional and international fields.
