The Minister of Planning, Khaled Battal Al-Najm, discussed today, Monday, with the Kuwaiti ambassador to Baghdad, the possibility of establishing a joint commercial zone between the two countries.
The Ministry of Planning said in a statement that the star “met the Ambassador of the State of Kuwait in Iraq, Salem Ghasab Al-Zamanan, to discuss aspects of joint cooperation between the two brotherly countries in the economic, commercial and investment aspects.”
The statement indicated that “the meeting discussed the possibility of establishing a joint commercial zone between Iraq and Kuwait, and establishing two hospitals in Nineveh with a capacity of 600 beds, and another in Al-Rumaitha in the Muthanna Governorate, with a capacity of 200 beds, funded by the Kuwait Development Fund.”
