said Fatlawi (of the Agency news) said on Wednesday: that the withdrawal of confidence in the Prime Minister constitutional right, but has dwindled, and now all eyes turn toward Reform Commission set up by the National Alliance, headed by Ibrahim al-Jaafari, explaining that the Reform Commission pending the views of the political blocs in alliance (Arbil – Najaf) on the paper, as an addendum to the paragraphs of them or modify them.
