The Parliamentary Finance Committee responded, on Monday, to the conflicting figures between the 2021 Fiscal Budget Law, which the House of Representatives voted on, and the law published in the official Al-Waqi’a newspaper.
The committee stated, in a statement, that it “has seen some data and the inquiries from some brothers regarding the fiscal budget law for 2021.”
She added, “There is a clear text in the budget – (g) of Clause 4 of Article 2 first, which stipulated the following:” The Ministry of Finance must adhere to the ceiling of the allocations contained in the amended Table B and redistribute those allocations, in its two parts, both operational and capital, and classifying them on the basis of level doors, sections, chapters, materials, types and sequence type in the ministries of others and entities linked to the Ministry and other provinces in the attached tables. ”
She continued:”
She explained, “The amount of oil revenues mentioned in the budget includes what is achieved from the sale of the occasional derivatives resulting from isolation, refining and others, in addition to what is achieved from the sale of the estimated quantities of oil at their predictive prices.”
The committee called for “an examination or question by the specialized committee to find out any questions, questions or misunderstandings in reading the texts of the budget law.”
