A representative source revealed that the House of Representatives is about to address the Joint Operations Command to exclude its employees from the health curfew measures, which will come into effect on Thursday evening.
The source said, “It is expected that the voting session will be held on the draft federal budget law for 2021 at the beginning of next week.”
Referred to, the Supreme Committee for Health and Safety decided, last Saturday, a series of decisions to limit the spread of the Corona virus, including the imposition of a comprehensive curfew on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays of every week, starting on February 18th (today), while the partial ban on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday is from eight o’clock In the evening and until five in the morning until March 8, 2021, and it will be reviewed according to the epidemiological situation.
The Parliamentary Finance Committee revealed today a semi-final agreement regarding the Kurdistan region’s share in the budget, which represents the contract and the most prominent obstacle in its approval.
The committee pointed out that the agreement satisfies the federal government and the region “expected” to vote on the budget in the middle of next week.
