Urgent Legal Expert: There is no value to the Electoral Law without Articles 15 and 16

{Baghdad: Al Furat News} The legal expert, Tariq Harb, announced the lack of value of the new election law without voting on articles {15 and 16} of the law.
“All the articles mentioned in the elections law for the House of Representatives are of no value and all of them are administrative,” Harb said.
He pointed out that “what changes the new law and the essence of the elections are Articles {15 and 16} and without them there are no elections at all.”
Harb explained that “if the individual constituencies are approved in the electoral law, the nomination will be individual, meaning one candidate for each constituency.”
