3-16-2017 Intel Guru Frank26 Abadi said in January 2017…Iraq will be an international nation…lifting the value of their currency…BUT…the Governor of the CBI was told to postpone it…which brings us right to where we are…right now. The private sectors have met with the IMF…the first 4 days of this 2 week meeting…that is unheard of. Starting about now (IMF meetings with the CBI)…they will talk about their exchange rate, and monetary policy. That’s why Saleh came out and said that the financial crisis will be behind them…deficit will be lifted…HOW ARE THEY GOING TO DO THAT? …about 6 days ago…the finance committee hosted Allaq (CBI Governor)…wanted to know if they could talk about the exchange rate. At the start of 2017…we were told they were going to lift the 3 zeros…but it looks like they were given a VARIANCE …it appears that we are at the end of that VARIANCE right now. They are more than ready to lift the value…as far as the technology, mechanism…the CBI is ready. Yes…Iraq’s leaders feel they are ready.

Boom. [Whats your thoughts…that an rv happen could happen before april or during april. Being info. out of Iraq is usually already happened so mosul prob closer to done sooner than later!] Not sure – but I’m very excited I’m still in this thing!!

3-15-2017 Newshound Guru loop Article: “TBI launches new producer certificate of deposit” Quote: “He added that this certificate has launched with the approval and blessing of the Iraqi Central Bank and is guaranteed payment at the moment of the citizen request to withdraw amounts.” This is beyond huge IMO. In the past this is the main complaint that the citizens have had. This is saying that if you deposit your money with us and invest it into these CD you are guaranteed to be able to access your funds when you need to. Getting the citizens to deposit their money into the banks is a critical component of moving to a free market economy. WHen the banks have liquidity they can loan the money needed to fuel the private sector, which will lead to explosive economic growth the likes that we have not seeing in our lifetime… IMO.

Are your sources taking those things into account when they give you such positive info about the HCL being in the “strike zone”?] How can we be hopeful… oh, boy, oh boy! Iraq has come such an incredible distance in the past decade… don’t let the lengthy process discourage you, my friends! Rome was not built in a day, and a journey of a thousand dinars always begins with the first Parliament meeting. We are past many many hurdles right now! My sources and I constantly discuss the current events, and many of us play “devils advocate” in these conversations. We constantly explore many angles, including negative or adverse aspects of it… yet we constantly come away with positive outlooks, and the intensity is only increasing during the current situation.

3-15-2017 Intel/Newshound Guru Mnt Goat It is my personal understanding we are still on the path to see the “project to delete the zeros” resumed very soon. The CBI and the GOI has told us many times already that they are temporarily putting the project on hold until the battle to liberate Mosul region is completed. A resent article from an interview with Dr. Mohammed Saleh, economic advisor to Prime Minister al – Abadi, was very optimistic in resolving Iraqi debt and moving forward with the economic reforms to a “market economy”. I believe that in order to take their place in a market economy (this next step) they must adjust away from their “closed” sanctioned economy that is stifled by the govt. This means they must also have a currency that is tradable and easy to use. Currently with the 3 zero notes they do not have it. So change is apparent in the very near future if they are to succeed in their market economy.

3-15-2017 Intel/Newshound Guru Mnt Goat They told us they did have a target of EARLY 2017 to make this next BIG move, but this is not now going to happen since it is being delayed due to the unexpected fierce resistance in the western half of liberating Mosul. So when can we expect it to resume? …we can only determine that Mosul region must be liberated first. Remember this is not going to be like someone flicking a switch either like one second Abadi makes his announcement and the next second the switch is flicked to RV but I do not think that once the level of desired STABILITY is obtained they are going to wait too long. The GOI finance committee is ready, the CBI is ready and all are just waiting. Once Mosul is cleared the gate will open again.

3-15-2017 Newshound Guru Adam Montana [I’m wondering why would they RV while they are still involved with one of their largest cities, as in Mosul being occupied (in part) by ISIS?] Mosul is only partially occupied by ISIS, and in my opinion ISIS has already been whittled down enough to proceed with an RV. In my opinion, we are looking very strong for a positive movement in the near future

3-15-2017 RUMOR Guru Bruce We are still feeling very good from what is going on. The timing with this is very good and imminent. I don’t use that term very often, but I would say we are imminent based on information that came out to me today. …all the pieces of this puzzle are starting to come together. We know there is an announcement coming about taking back Mosul. I don’t know for sure if Abadi is going to make it there, but I do know Abadi is planning a trip here. I would say that would put Iraq pretty much done. They have their rate, and…sovereignty. Their rate was published in the Gazette. It won’t be put on the CBI until they want everybody to know about it internationally… …the 15th is a significant day…It is when the new UN Operational rates are supposed to show. …you are in a great place. Stay patient.
