Fallujah News / Baghdad … confirmed Saad Sabri, a spokesman for Prime Minister Haider al-Abadi said the Information Office of the Council of Ministers decided to postpone its meeting devoted to the adoption of the general budget for the 2015 special session, because of the fall in oil prices in world markets.
He explained newborn in a press statement that the Ministry of Finance Federal, asked for postponement of the special session on the state budget, until agreement is reached on speculative oil prices.
