6-29-2014 Intel Guru TD (So what is the significance of July 1st ? ) . Well, I can tell you FOR SURE that it is NOT the END GAME. At best, July 1st represents the( hopeful) union of parliament to START to form a new government. And as of right now so many variables are at play that it’s a statistical nightmare trying to predict the outcome. One very certain consensus is that NO ONE wants Maliki and till he goes the pieces won’t even start to come together. IF and WHEN a suitable functioning government starts back working on the people’s business (AND ONLY THEN) will other issues left on the table be possible to address including IMF compliance, economic reform laws passed, etc.

6-29-14 Newshound Guru Tlar [it looks to me like they are already separating into 3 regions within the country of Iraq.] Kurddistan has already stated they want to work within the confines of Iraq which means stay. They got what they want as do the Sunni’s the minute a new government exists. This will be a democracy and it is my belief they are better off as part of Iraq than by themselves. I have said it for years that references to leaving Iraq is bluster used when they want to move the process along. With Maliki gone, the big picture for Iraq is good.

[conclusion soon soon?] Based on all the intel yes. IMO. I was told to give no dates but, [on] Iraqi radio you will hear that they plan on an RI early in July with an RV soon after. [do you think that RV will be before the GCR?] same time.
6-29-2014 RUMOR Guru MarkZ [any rumors on the Zim going now?] I was told by a couple of european bankers that it actually made the exchange screens this weekend. IMO it is going. [do you still think that VND will be high?] I do think it will be high. Based on my math a properly adjusted RI would be 2.21 so I believe it should drift up close to that given time even if it comes in low. Only time will tell…
6-29-2014 Newshound Guru Tlar Turki a couple of months ago himself said I would love to do it today (as in now) if the government was “settled”. The government will be “settled” maybe as early as next week which is also very close to his other timeline Turki stated he wanted to do this, which is around July 1st. Turki’s exact wording was mid-year which implies around the 1st but not necessarily meaning it has to be July 1st… The CBI has been ready since October of last year and has said so in many articles stating that all the necessary tools were in place.
6-29-2014 Intel Guru Frank26 As much as I studied July 1st…and it’s GREAT POTENTIAL for the CBI to give the Parl/ GOI an International Rate to ACTIVATE so many things…I disagree. UNFORTUNETLY! Why? Because in order for the CBI to give The Parl/GOI such an IR …We needed to first see a complete qualification of IMF Article 8 by The CBI. BUT, IOO (In Our Opinion), They are using TWO sets of books with TWO separate rates. One rate that breathes at the surface at this moment. The other that continues to hold it’s breath submerged until The AoP (Author of the Plan) say…OK now.

He is basically saying that those who refuse to go to the new Parliament meeting, in an attempt to slow it down, are in fact being backed by Daash. He then goes so far as to say that those seeking a National Salvation Government are also backed by Daash, the Sunni terrorists. In doing this he is pitting Sunnis against Shiites and is saying that the “real” reason for the insurgency is that the Sunnis are attempting to overtake the government, by force if necessary.
6-28-2014 Newshound Guru Enorrste Therefore, if they refuse to show at Parliament they will appear to be sympathizing with the Daash movement. This could bode well for Maliki’s cause, if the people buy into it. Maliki, through this puppet, has put his opposition in the palm of Daash, in theory at least, if not in fact. How this will play out remains to be seen, but I agree …that this is “crazy” at best, but probably good politics from Maliki’s point of view.
6-28-2014 Newshound Guru Millionday Article quote: “Despite the fall in the price of the Iraqi bonds to 87 cents per dollar – according to a report by Reuters – but that investors and bond holders have made a profit…” if recovery was not expected from the terroristic attacks — this encouraging info would not be reported on Reuters…CBI is stating that they are like any other central bank and have protection implied…the confidence coming from them is very encouraging — they feel empowered in their abilities and that comes from the steps they have taken and the position they have.
Fact check, .87 cents is a FAR cry from the $3.77 that was reported by the pumper guru’s weeks ago, obviously once again, the pumpers don’t have a clue or even reliable “contacts” or “sources”

6-28-2014 Newshound Guru Enorrste If…correct that there is a compromise candidate “in the works” Mahdi may well be that person. The question is whether Maliki has “signed off” on Mahdi or not. One thing is clear: he is certainly well qualified for the job. Unfortunately, I still think Maliki is going to do whatever he can to retain his position. Time will tell.
