HE HASN’T EVER CARED ABOUT THE PEOPLE AND NOW HE IS TALKING ABOUT THEIR NEEDS. HE WILL DO ALL IN HIS POWER TO GET THE RV DONE…YOU CAN BET ON THAT. HOWEVER WE MUST PAY ATTENTION TO THE OTHER SIDE OF THAT COIN…THE KURDS AND OTHER TRIBE LEADERS KNOW AS WELL AS WE DO THAT MALIKI HAS TO WIN THE ELECTION AND THEY KNOW IF THEY NOW REVERSE THEIR STANCE AND HOLD THE RV FROM HIM HE CAN’T WIN THE ELECTION AND THERFORE THEY GET RID OF HIM ONCE AND FOR ALL.

[does it need to happen before the deadline in May?] it COULD happen anytime because we have NEVER seen anything like this before. I will not say definitively no. IMHO, it depends on laws that are passed per IMF and WORLD BANK compliance…which they have failed to do.

LET ME SAY I FEEL POSITIVE ABOUT OUR INVESTMENT…TOTALLY CONVINCED AND ENCOURAGED, EXCITED, I AM READY…NOT SINCE LAST JUNE HAVE WE HAD SO MUCH SOLID POSITIVE INFORMATION AND THIS IS THE FIRST TRUE MAJOR DEADLINE WE HAVE EVER HAD WITH THE DFI FUNDS PROTECTION EXPIRING AGAIN AND THE ELECTION CLOSING IN AND POSSIBLY MALIKI’S REMOVAL AND A NEW GOVERNOR OF THE CBI.

3-23-2014 Intel/Newshound Guru Poppy3 MAN, MUCH HAPPENING AND IT ALL INVOLVES THE FINANCES OF IRAQ AND THEIR FUTURE BOTH NOW WITH THE 2014 BUDGET AND THE FUTURE OF THE VALUE OF THE TRADE OF THEIR CURRENCY AND THE BONDS THAT HAVE A FACE VALUE ON THEM OF $3.71…WE ARE ON TOP OF MUCH HAPPENING AND I TRULY BELIEVE THE RV WILL BE PART OF ALL THIS ON THE FRONT END AND NOT THE BACKEND. ALL I CAN SAY IS ALL THE NEWS IS AWESOME AND SOLID AND STRONG IN FAVOR OF WHAT WE NEED TO BE DONE. IT JUST DOESN’T GET ANY BETTER UNLESS THEY JUST RELEASED THE RATE.

3-23-2014 Newshound Guru Millionday [I keep hearing it will RV when we have HCL. what needs to happen to finalize HCL?] the hcl will be in place — we have read that it is also done — not activated — the one thing i have always said is that all will be at the same time and therefore the thing that needs to get done is the steps that are to be done to raise the value and the rates that were announced by CBI.

3-23-2014 Misinformed Guru IM HEARING THE IMF IS STALLING THIS TO SEE WHAT COMES OUT OF THE ELECTIONS BUT I DON’T KNOW WHY. BUT HAVE HEARD THAT CHINA IS PUSHING THIS HARD TO BE DONE BY THE END OF THIS MONTH. IM HEARING AGAIN A HIGH RATE LIKE 22.18 CAME OUT OF THIS PERSONS MOUTH. THAT’S IF M [MALIKI] DOES NOT WIN. THIS PAST WEEK A LOT OF SOURCES HAVE BEEN SCRATCHING THEIR HEADS WONDERING WHY IT HAS NOT HAPPENED YET.

3-23-2014 Misinformed Guru There is strong evidence to suggest that Iraq has been playing a hide and seek game with the budget law. Why would they do this? …they have to save face with the Iraq people. Thus the hold up of the RV by outside sources has caused Iraq to subsequently then have to stall in moving forward with their budget implementation. This effects the implementation of many other laws too. …the RV is driving the budget not the other way around… we have been told all along over and over again that all of a sudden the implementation of the laws connected to the revaluation of the IQD would hit us all of sudden and catch us off guard. Well I strongly believe this is now happening.

3-23-2014 Misinformed Guru In reality…the budget had been passed, completed and signed off weeks ago. Then it was just waiting in the wings for the IMF and the USA to give them the go ahead. This week I believe the go ahead was given to Iraq. Actually it was given to them last weekend. So the RV has been stalled for many months now and Iraq was just given the word to go ahead this week and so they are now allowed to implement the much needed laws that have been held up regarding their new currency value. I think we will see the RV very shortly.

3-23-2014 Newshound Guru Millionday [to begin oil exports of 100,000 barrels-per day, do they need the reality rate?] no but this is part of the agreement to move forward with budget and contracts etc. you see the kurds were set in concrete so to speak on all issues without movement on what they want with oil proceeds so they were stuck — now everyone — the kurds, Iraq, the UN and the US etc. are all excited over the movement of progress that will come from agreement and so are we.

3-23-2014 Newshound Guru Red Lily ALL THAT IS IN PLACE NOW IS AN INTERIM AGREEMENT IN ORDER TO PASS THE BUDGET OF 2014. IT HAS TO BE SUPPORTED BY THE IMF AND WORLD BANK TO BE GLOBALLY LEGITIMATE INCREASE IN RATE.
