3-4-2014 Intel Guru Frank26 [via Anonymous] “in his opinion” we are “dangerously close” to seeing the rate of the IQD go up in value! …if all goes as evidence points, to article 8 compliance and approval from the IMF in the article 7 review this month, it looks like this is coming to an end. Russia and Ukraine is a separate issue and will NOT affect the RV…all we want is to see the bonds and the rate.
3-4-2014 Intel Guru Frank26 There are lots of meetings and lots of travel between Iraq and the US this week…Would they waste precious time and travel to talk about nothing of significance? …they are talking about moving IQD to other banks and other countries, and that requires a new rate. Meetings to conclude at the end of this week, and we hope Iraq is to be congratulated on their compliance to article 8, and they are prepared for the IMF article review sometime between Mar.14th-17th!

[There are all kinds of rumors today that the group rate with China is now gone…have you heard anything?] I HAVE HEARD THAT. [so if chinas out who will buy the dinar?] I BELIEVE WE HAVE A MINOR SETBACK TO WHAT HAS BEEN PLANNED…TO ME THE ISSUE IS MORE OF A TIMING ISSUE THAN ANYTHING …MAY NOT WORK OUT TO EXACTLY THE WAY IT WAS GOING TO… BUT WE WILL SEE… OTHERWISE… STREET RATE FOR EVERYONE AND THE DINAR STILL GOES TO CHINA… SO THAT PART DOES NOT CHANGE…THEY STILL WILL LIKE TO HAVE THE DINAR SO THAT PART WILL REMAIN AND THAT IS A GOOD THING.
Fact check, There never was a “group rate” with China, that was made up “intel” from the pumper guru’s. China does not need our Dinar, they are working in Iraq, so they have access to it. China is not so stupid to pay us some huge rate when they can get the CBI rate.
3-4-2014 Newshound Guru wmawhite it was announced last year that the 2014, 2015 and 2016 budgets would be based on a rate of 1.16 IQD = $1.00. [do you think that could be our rate?] I personally do not know…but I would take it.
Fact check, There is no documentation to support the notion that their budget was based on a rate of 1.16 IQD to the dollar. Their budgets are calculated in Iraqi Dinar.

Despite the benefits, it looks like they will not get accession for…”at least the next ten years.” My personal view is I had hoped there would not be a delay because I always thought the potential of accession was motivating them to get the dinar international.
3-4-2014 Newshound Guru Kaperoni This “dose of reality” may very well slow down Iraq’s ambition to raise the value and make the dinar convertible. Really no way to know…just wait and see. …the WTO told Iraq several times over last two years they need to reduce oil dependency before they would gain accession…this article is a few economists and other experts confirming that fact. …WTO accession is not happening soon.
3-3-2014 Newshound Guru Millionday [when is the WTO?] the middle of march is when the wto, the US, and Iraq meet on accession…they are having a workshop — this would mean the check up to ensure all is done. [do u think they will become a voting member w/ a currency then or not yet please?] the currency rates will need to be set to do trade in the world — so before… know that the reality rate is a financial obligation to the active membership for the WTO.
Fact check, It looks like it will be years before Iraq joins the WTO, it is not happening any time soon.

3-3-2014 Intel Guru TerryK [What about cashing in (exchanging)? Have the masses of elite done that?] NO. AGAIN HOW WOULD THEY EXCHANGE IF THE RATE IS STILL THE SAME. [From what i understand the process is done just not released yet.] THAT MAYBE TRUE.
