US Treasury Secretary Scott Bisent announced on Sunday that Washington is moving from a policy of “maximum pressure” on Iran to a campaign of “total isolation,” with the aim of cutting off its ties with the outside world and tightening the noose on its financial resources.
According to Fox News, Bisent said that Iran no longer has any oil on board the ships, and that its cash flows have become negative.
