Iraq and UN’s Kobler discuss elections, cooperation with UNHCR, HCL, CH VII issues
Baghdad (newsletter) … Search House speaker Osama Iraq with United Nations representative in Iraq, Martin Kobler, upcoming elections and possible cooperation with the independent Commission.
The Presidency statement said Deputies received (News Agency news) on Thursday, the two sides discussed several themes including elections and the possibility of cooperation with the independent Commission for delivery and other related laws as Kirkuk elections law and the importance of the oil and gas law and wealth-sharing and equitable distribution, in addition to Iraqi-Kuwaiti relations and the possible departure of Iraq from Chapter VII.
It added: the internationalist party discussed the importance of regulatory issues related to the work of the High Commissioner for human rights recently created the role of women and in other bodies and the need for effective role students awarded President’s personal intervention to resolve this issue.
