This article implies that it will occur later this year. The good news is it seems almost “absolute” that the dinar will be internationally convertable this year and IMO prior to investment coming into Iraq.

Keep your fingers crossed nothing gets in the way.

The smart card co stated agoing today the program is ready for implimentation and the TV announced there last week that the cards would be charged amounts back to JAN1 beginning APRIL 1. then they announced it had been put off till april 3rd and yet again they still haven’t charged the cards as promised. They have yet to pay many of the OIL companies.
